1. Digital Services & Subscriptions

We primarily offer digital services, API access, consulting packages, and software tools. Due to the nature of these services, all purchases are considered final once access is granted, unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

  • The service was not delivered as described due to a technical failure on our part.
  • A user was charged incorrectly due to a billing error.
  • The user cancels a recurring subscription before the renewal date and notifies us in writing at least 48 hours prior to the renewal.

Please Note:
Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Services already delivered or accessed
  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction not caused by a technical issue
  • Failure to cancel a subscription on time
